Went over there to look at their site, there is nothing there.

There would have to be some type of legal steps you can use, if you can prove that they are the ones that did it. Maybe ask your hosting company to provide logs of where the attack came from and get all those details.

Your problem is in how was this done? Do you know? Was higher folder privs turned on? Those are the things that need to be addressed once you get things back up and running.
