Log into your admin control panel and you'll see 'languages and phrases' -- expand that.

Under it you will see 'phrase manager'. Click on that.

In the window that opens on the right, scroll down till you see the 'add a phrase' button and click it.

Next select the phrase type which would be the global whatever and add in the rest of the info.
