remember that any guy here can give support for a time, and when others are participating, we see support from others without asking... also, some coders have no more interest to support their tools, or they have no more time... so sometimes the little button "give support" is not in the memories...

one thing would be to close a topic that is not answered for a real long time, let's say 6 months, and verify with the coders if they continue giving support for the newest codes... (btw, it would mean someone full time working on that)
