You'll have to forgive me for being a newbie, but I am attempting to install my first hack and the final instruction for installing the 'latest thread' hack instucts me to:

Create a new phrase called latest_threads in the GLOBAL group with the following content:
Latest Threads

And I haven't a clue where to add this 'phrase'. Can someone tell me how to adjust this? Thanks.
