Hi,

I want to allow downloads to members-only on the site. I know there are a few hack available, but they aren't the best, compared to something i am using now.

I currently am using something PHP Easy Downloader (http://www.ironclad.net/scripts/), which reads a directory and lists the files, sizes, etc. Pretty slick and very simple to use. However, I can't get it to integrate with the forums the way I would like. I currently am using an HTACCESS file with a single UN/PW in order to gain access to the downloads page, which causes so much confusion.

I want the members to use their forum credentials, and if they are not registered/logged in, be directed to the "sorry your are not logged in" page.

Does that make any sense, and is it possible to do? Thanks for any help you can provide, or direction you can give me.
