Most modifications (especially those out of the Beta area) work. The problems usually ocure when people don't follow instructions exactly or aren't using the same version of vBulletin or have conflicts with other hacks.

Of course there can be bugs, but everything has those, and most are found rather soon and the first post is updated with a fixed version...
