Whats wrong with wanting people's credit card, specially if its a commercial site that I am building. Anytime people sell something, they ask for it. I am no different. Besides that, I need this for a way to verify people's identity. In my forum it is very important. If people always signed up with their real information, there would not be a need for this.

If anyone has seen such a hack, please let me know. I am really in need of this.
