vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Restict to one forum for 1st post

Hi All,

Dont know if there is a hack for this but I need the following.

I have a welcome sections that I like new members to say a few words in first before they post on the forums.

Is there a hack or can someone do a hack where a new member is restricred to viewing and posting in this one section. Once they have made the post all the other sections are opened up to them.

Any ideas on how it can be done or is there a hack for this already, if there is I've missed it.
