I have noticed that this is a fairly frequent request lately. I would think it would be fairly straightforward for you to adapt some code from one of the portals. Could you provide more details?

Is the page you want to change even a PHP script (i.e., www.foo.com/index.php)?
Would you want list of threads that have new posts or actual new posts?
What should it look like on your page? Wide? A little box?
What version of vB are you running?
