Just to elaborate on what you said just incase others want to develop this. How this hack works is that with points there will be a central bank that does exchanges from your points to money, and people can exchange money (give you money) for points. If you are familiar with php and mysql and have Paypal, and you are looking for this really soon, I can give you alot of resources to help you on your way, with integrating with Paypal.
