you can have/use cents if you want, ie $100.50 It will end up with something like 10.05%

totally up to you. Once you reach your total/goal, change "current total of donations" back to 0 and start over. Basicly it's all manually handled right now. I made this for a site I'm an admin at. Only basic features were needed.
Since other people seem to be using it ( I wasnt sure people would need something like this or not), other than the place it was created for, I'll make it more complicated/ feature enhanced for the next version.
