It's not too bad. If i'm being honest I find some of the gradients and graphics a little too amateurish. The header looks fine but I'd try and rework the category headings and bottoms. The gradients aren't very smooth and that gives a bad look

Also you only have two contrasting colors within the design. White and blue. I'd try introducing another color to take the contrast and viewers eyes away from all this blue and white everyhere
