How you ask?

Usergroup Promotions:
Default usergroup gets NO pm permissions
add a secondary usergroup that has PM's enabled
Add a promotion to add user to new group when XXX posts number is reached

The Best Thing About This Is People Cant Go To Your Board And Spam Your PM's...
