As the style is pre-made, I won't comment on that.

As for your community - you have the right amount of forums. You'll just have to apply yourself more to advertising your forum. Also, getting your own individual style for your forum too could help attract more members. But most importantly is content - start more threads up that display what your forum's concept is, and interest members into replying to threads - therefore they will register.
