I am having a bit of a problem and I figure I missed something simple along the way.

I am running VB3 RC4 at the moment.

We have the primary usergroup as REGISTERED
* Allow Users to have Member Groups = YES
* Can Upload Custom Avatars = NO

We have a secondary usergroup for people that can use Custom Avatars
* Allow Users to have Member Groups = YES
* Can Upload Custom Avatars = YES

Using a test account, I get the option to upload the custom avatar but it doesnt stick. If I make the secondary usergroup the primary, every thing works fine.

Anyone else experience something like this?
