Here's my story:

My forums have been around for awhile -- over half a decade, in fact.
I require e-mail verification.
I've banned hotmail and yahoo e-mail addresses.
I'm ranked number one in Google.
I've implemented this: Community: Improve your community registration & posting rates in 3 simple steps.
I have an arcade.
I have a chatroom.
I have a doodleboard.
I have journals.

How come in the past nine days, I only have 41 new members? And of those 41, only eight have made any posts?

HELP! PLEASE!
