in sessions.php

$url_logout = $url_app."login.php?do=logout&u={myuserid}";

includes/page_header.php
$myuserid = $user_info['user_id'];

I checked your instructions again, found no missmatch, put the files again on the server via ftp and now it works
perhaps I forgot to ftp some files...
