Our CEO wants to make a post and as soon as it posts he wants it to be "sticky" above ALL OTHER STICKYS. BUT... he wants it to stay at the top of all the stickys until he decides it should be removed.

Plus he wants the post to AUTMOMATICALLY STICK anytime he posts.

Does this make sense?

He wants to make sure his posts are at the top, at all times, regardless if someone posts there.

Would this be a mod? If so, where could I go to learn about something like it.

I've already tried to use Announcements but he wants users to be able to reply to it.
