Here is what I want --

I want the same idea as vBindex -- the portal homepage with the customizable side blocks. Especially important is the additional pages feature so that I can have other content between the dynamic blocks on other pages and the blocks will still be there.

But instead of having news in the middle of the home page, that is where I want the forums to be. Understand?
