OK I have made some adjustments like reduced the ammount of forums, made a new skin, and a few other tweaks. Portal is still there but I find this is the best way to have it so it's easier to navigate.

The skin is still in some major need of finishing but due to me being rubish i'm getting kinda stuck on what to do next.
