Ummm this is just a guess but i think he wanted to be told how aswell, rather than the obvious "yes" kinda answer.

Anyway i cant remember the things name, but i think it was in the portal software, where you can make otherwebpages that use all the variables from vBulletin.

So if you made the webpage from this hack, then it should be possible to do what you asked for.
