The latest version (1.22) which you can find in the first post in this thread, has this option. Once you install it, go to your Links Administration page and scroll down until you see the links_per_page value. It will be right above the permissions settings. There you can set the amount of links per page to be displayed before starting another page.

BTW - Looking at your username, you wouldnt happen to work for CSC would you?
