the passwords of vb3 are doublehashed.

you have to has the value with your lisencenr as well.
Try to do a search to find out how the password generation works exactly.
i know from a thread where it's explained in detail

and the general thing:
it's not just that way in vb, the md5 hash cannot be used to recreate the original password. It's mathmatically impossible
