BitTorrent isn't really warez, as the software itself is legal. Running the trackers are legal as well.

Really, the hack would consist of this existing hack: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=60403

All someone else would have to do is so that when a download is posted, the seeds/leechers/downloads would be called as well, probably using scrape.

In theory I know how this would work, but I know nothing about PHP, so I unforunately can't make this hack myself.
