On 3.0.1 when I am trying to install it get:

Dropping shout table (if it exists)... Done

Deleting setting group (if it exists)... Done
Deleting setting group phrase (if it exists)... Done
Creating setting group... Done
Creating permissions collumn...

There seems to have been a slight problem with the ******** database.
