You know like on the main nav bar have VBgarage then a title like pin-up girls. Then in the User CP have the same thing: edit Vbgarage edit you pics. or something like that. It would be cool if this would be possible.

Well, sure. You would have to create 3 new databases (pinupgirls_comments, pinupgirls_users, pinupgirls_images), rename vbgarage.php to pinupgirls.php, then edit all references to the vbgarage_* databases to reflect pinupgirls_* instead.

Oh, and you'd have to create all new templates, phrases, etc..
