Database error in vBulletin 3.0.0:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO settinggroup (grouptitle, displayorder, volatile) VALUES ('vbadv_index', '1000', '0')
mysql error: Duplicate entry 'vbadv_index' for key 1

mysql error number: 1062

i still need some help with this... is this caused from the vBadvanced or the VB3???? SAYS vb3 - but the vb itself works perfectly fine...?
