The problem with this hack at this time is....

vBulletin doesn't support file uploads at this time and the version that will (2.0) is almost ready to release. If you want to talk about it you can contact me and I will see what I can do for version 2.0. However I don't see the point in building file attachments into version 1.1.X at this time.
