If we offered a german section we'd be obliged to offer all sorts of languages. In the end it's up to the end user. Most hacks come with phrases so if people want to translate they can just submit it in the post to the author

Mind you I think that if vB3 came with a better system of importing phrases and phrase groups via the admincp as default people could just put their phrases in a file ready for import on installation. That way hackers in other languages could just take the file and translate and the author could offer it in the same way as they did in their native language
