If the pattern could be broken, the damage of the enemy raised in time, or their numbers raised it'd be great. The first time I played I died. The second time I was going in the 10000's of points while as mentioned, gaining more and more life.
It'd have been especially neat if there were levels and a boss to it, but I understand that involves more work than is needed/wanted.
