I have 2000+ members on my forum and virtually all my members play challanges along side most of the games pretty regularly and to be honest, i've found the bandwidth increase to be minimal. It's gone up by maybe 30-40meg a month for me. The initial burst on your bandwidth will be a lot higher, but once your members get over that initial novelty value and start playng the games when they feel like it rather than because it's shiny and new, it levels out pretty quickly.
