A couple more ideas for RC2:

1. Specify how many posts can show up in the News section max. If the news forum gets up to 10 posts, we would like to say "only show last 5" or something like that.

2. Allow the user to select if a block should be able to be minimized or not. For example, we have some blocks such as donation buttons that we don't want the user to be able to minimize. It would be nice if you could select an option on the back end that would build that specific block without the minimize button. I haven't seen any portals offer this yet.
