I had the same problem. The fix was pretty easy - read the install instructions more carefully. I spent hours trying to figure this one out...

Most of the phrases need to be added as GLOBAL. Some, though - like this one - need to be added as a different type. Delete the phrase from your system, and re-add it as the type of phrase they say in the install instructions and it should work.
