Couple issues:

1) The install script does not add templates to all styles. I had to manually edit the script and do one style at a time.

2) You use images/arcade hardcoded in a few places. Maybe it would be best to add an image path style var to each style. Then you could set the path to whatever you want. In my case, I host all of our images on another server to reduce load on the webserver.
