i accidently semi-uninstalled HTL

when i go back through the install setup, it freezes on step 2.

Insert Hack Phrases (Step 2 of 5) 



Current Step: Insert Hack Phrases 

This step inserts all the new phrases for the Hack Tracking Log. It creates one new phrase group on the language table, phrasegroup_hacklog, and inserts a selection of phrases into existing vBulletin Phrase Groups (such as error phrases, etc).

has no button to advance to step 3. gives no errors, etc.

any ideas on how to fix this?
