GuruXL - What version of vBulletin are you running? Have you made any modifications to your adv_index.php file? I don't see how it's complaining about the function on that line when that function isn't used until farther down the script.

dbode - Yes, this has been tested on large boards, and boards with a high number of concurent users - http://www.prisontalk.com might be a good example. There are two options that can sometimes be a little server intensive on larger sites (The stats option, and "Show New Posts"), so if you do experience any load problems be sure to turn those off. Other than those two options though, everything should perform great.
