No, I had to register at both.

They do share the licensing database though, This is the reason you have to put your info in before people here will help you with support.

So, User Database, no Licensing Database Yes, and I asume this is probably a second Database call from the config file, or something of the sort, but I'm no Coder, just guessing as to how
