Is it currently possible to have a "global" signature on all threads in vb3?
What I was envisioning is some way for the admin of the site to put a signature on each and every thread either above or below the persons signature.

Or if that is not possible, is there a banner type of module available?

What we are trying to accomplish is getting people to other parts of the website.
It seems that the vast majority of the members are coming to the forums, and avoiding the rest of the website.
We are just looking for an easy way to get specific information from the admin on the screen to grab the attention of the members.
