Im getting an error, cant figure it out and its pissing me off.

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/animension.net/httpdocs/testforum/chat/index.php on line 39

Fatal error: Failed opening required '/global.php' (include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php') in /home/httpd/vhosts/animension.net/httpdocs/testforum/chat/index.php on line 39

I extracted all the RAR files to the upload folder and uploaded it to chat, ran the install, edited my stuff in the index.php, and still I get that. Any fixes?

EDIT: I just went to the forum mainpage, the java applet is loading itself there, I reuploaded the index.php that SHOULD be there, but yet and still, the error remains on the chat/index.php .
