Try adding the phrases manually. I have updated the hack instructions because seems like several people were having this issue (but what's even stranger is that after an hour or two it seems to fix itself, that happened on my forums and on another as well

Anyways, as I said, re-download instructions.txt and add the phrases manually; also, delete the old ones if you have to.
