One thing to consider is that the change for adding in the CSS, by itself,
does not change the look of the site. The templates need to be modified for that to happen. So far I haven't done that nor has anybody else as far as I know. The quickest way to deal with it, if you will be using a fixed style, is to change the CSS for the coppermine theme you are using. Doing it that way can get you pretty close in very short order. Using the vb CSS is only needed if you would be offering multiple styles.
I have mine set up to look pretty close to the vb3 default style if you want to take a look at it.
