Not really - unless you are making changes to the templates in your MASTER STYLE, you can run all the upgrade scripts, then it has the handy "Show updated templates" functions so you can see where your modified templates do not match the latest versions - then copy and paste your template and the original (newer) tempalte into Beyond Compare (or similar s/ware) and you can upgrade your hacks like a dream
