Anyone aware of anything offering services remotely like this?

I have a chat server. The chat server runs in the Windows background and it's in the process of being coded up for linux. It takes a very minimal amount of memory for it's processing [very minimal], but it eats up a few gigs a month in usage. However, is anyone aware of someone or some company that'd be willing to run such a background process on a t1 or other type of connection for a relatively cheap fee?

The chat server's current connection unfortunately is not very stable.

Any suggestions? .. aside from wishing or hoping or praying or begging.. or pleading?
