I keep getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: exec_nocache_headers() in /home/user/public_html/boards/admincp/global.php on line 37

I made all the file modifications and then uploaded them and when I tried to go to my control panel I got that error in the right frame. I have made not file modifications prior to this as this is the first hack i've tried to install for vB3. I am trying to do this on RC3.
