Hi everybody.

My VB3 forum is made of several communities. Each community has a sub forum and each sub forum has its own moderator(s). However the default "modcp" does not allow moderators to edit the access masks for the forums that they moderate (and only those!)
Any idea?
I think such a possiblity may turn out to be useful to many VB3 forum Admins.
