well, im stuck with a little problem now

i 'tried' to install it as you know, but kept getting that error. so now i uploaded the old versions back up, the ones without the modifications and such. i left all the other arcade files up, to save me time. but now i dont know what to do, if i mod the files again, can i just upload them and it will work? or will still have to redo the install.php. cause i already did the install.php previously.
