as for your rant.... lemme just say...... you have no idea -_-

but yea, that is pretty dumb... I mean, she can't logon to the net, there are a million reasons why she can't and a million ways to fix them! For all we know, she probably loosened her wires up a bit

but yea, the IT industry is quite funny sometimes, I've seen a so called "professional" restart the computer everytime a program locks up! lmao, ever heard of CTRL+ALT+DEL!?!?!
