i'm after a hack where, the mods have to represent the forums and welcome newbies.

[high]what does this hack do?:[/high] if a thread gets created in intro's and a mod don't reply within 1 hour of getting online/or the thread being created (which ever ones the longer) then you will be banned from all forums except intro's (might be easier to change their usergroup), and will email the admin to let them know, (would be good but might be hard: would be if once they reply it auto reinstates access to the rest of the forums) if the mod gets banned 10 times then an email is sent telling the admin to consider the modship as blah has been banned 10 times.
