So their answer to being "attacked" is to blindly block hundreds of paying customers from their site with the attitude "oh well... they can figure out what's happening somehow and email us if they want access to what they paid us for and we'll unblock them at our convenience."
Sorry but I have to agree that's really poor and sloppy business practice. What about the customers who didn't know about this site or the address to write to and are just patiently waiting for the website to become operational again while the whole time they're just being blocked from it.
Couldn't they have sent an email to all their customers explaining what's going on? Good grief.
