Yet it just looks like a seperate table and thats it really.

Maybe you could edit it some more, like, a mini welcome panel in the top left corner, and that box on the left has different sections, like, one part shows recent replys to threads you have subscribed too, and another for other threads that have been replied too.

Maybe even show the last posters avatar next too each post or something, Improvise
